Theatre Service & Supply (TSS), an Entertainment Technology Company, is an international distributor of products and services for the global motion picture industry. TSS sells digital cinema projection systems, 35mm and 70mm film projection systems, digital sound systems, control systems, speakers, screens, seats, wall treatments and accessories to cinemas, universities, digital intermediate suites, commercial and motion picture professional private screening rooms. TSS services include auditorium and projection booth designs, consultation, project management, projection & sound installations, repairs and preventive maintenance programs. Based in Chatsworth, California, Theatre Service & Supply (TSS), a division of the Academy of Cinema Technology, Inc., was founded on September 16, 1993 by President, Bill Miller.

Theatre Service & Supply’s mission is to provide “superior products and excellent customer & engineering services” to select clients throughout the motion picture industry. TSS works closely with several industry leaders; Cinemark Theatres, Director’s Guild of America (DGA), Doremi, EFilm, Eastman Kodak, Loyola Marymount University’s School of Film & Television, Sanborn Theatres-The Movie Experience, Technicolor, Warner Bros. Studios and many others.

TSS Digital Cinema, a division of Theatre Service & Supply - With the rapid development and deployment of digital cinema projection in exhibition, motion picture professionals in the “Bel-Air circuit” many located in the Platinum Triangle (Bel-Air, Beverly Hills and Holmby Hills) situated in the Los Angeles Westside now have a single source for presenting digital motion pictures in their homes. TSS Digital Cinema provides the total package for digital cinema private screening rooms; designs, equipment integration, maintenance and repairs. TSS Digital Cinema is currently involved in new home screening room projects and the upgrading of existing screening rooms with this new technology.

Theatre Service & Supply, Bill Miller and Bob Berman, Senior VP of Engineering for TSS, are actively involved with respected industry associations; International Cinema Technology Association (ICTA), Society of Motion Picture & Television Engineers (SMPTE), Intersociety and the Digital Cinema Society (DCS). TSS charity involvement includes, but not limited to, Variety-The Children’s Charity of Southern California, Motion Picture & Television Fund and the Director’s Guild Foundation.
